The pin Partnership

propertyCEO is very proud to be part of the pin Partnership. But how exactly did the partnership come about and what does it stand for?

The property investors network (pin) was founded by experienced investor, successful entrepreneur and best-selling author of “Property Magic”, Simon Zutshi. Simon is widely recognised as one of the top wealth creation strategists in the UK. Having started investing in 1995, he went on to become financially independent by the age of 32.

Passionate about sharing his experience, Simon created the property investor’s network in 2003. It has since grown to become the largest property networking organisation in the UK. Holding monthly meetings in 50 cities, designed specifically to provide a supportive, educational and inspirational environment – for both new and experienced property people to network with and learn from other successful investors.

Simon also created the industry-leading 12-month Property Mastermind Programme, which over the last fifteen years has become the de facto choice for serious property investors and buy-to-let landlords looking to minimise risk and maximise their profits. Today, pin is part of the Genius Group, the world’s leading entrepreneur education provider.

Over the last few years, small-scale property development has become an increasingly popular investment strategy, mainly due to its highly leveraged nature, the increased scope of permitted development rights, and of course, its ability to deliver regular six-figure profits. It is particularly well-suited to landlords and those looking to pursue a joint development/investment strategy, since the regular influx of development profits are the perfect way to build portfolios quickly.

Not surprisingly, Simon was keen to establish a small-scale property development training solution that could be delivered to his pin and Mastermind students. But knew that this would mean partnering with someone who had the necessary knowledge and expertise. Luckily, a ready-made partner was available in the form of propertyCEO; with forty years of development experience and a class-leading mentorship programme, for Simon it was the perfect training solution. Better still, propertyCEO subscribed to the highest standards of quality and ethics that had become the hallmark of pin and Simon’s Property Mastermind Programme.

And so it was that in September 2022, Simon, Ian, and Ritchie announced the launch of the pin Partnership, a brand synonymous with both high-quality training and excellent value. While each company provides its training products independently under their respective brands, the three pin Partnership directors oversee the product estate via the Partnership Board, ensuring that the values of the partnership are maintained across every facet of service delivery under each brand.

For propertyCEO customers, it means that they can access the same world-class property development training that we have always provided, safe in the knowledge that the values underpinning our business are shared with the country’s leading and most respected property training organisation.
