For students living outside the UK, we’ve created an International Mentorship Programme that provides the same comprehensive tuition and support as our flagship course, but which offers significant additional flexibility and benefits.

The propertyCEO International Mentorship Programme is designed to provide overseas-based investors with the skills needed to be able to develop property successfully in the UK.

One of the key advantages of property development is its huge leverage and flexibility. Developers can remotely deploy a team of professionals on location in the UK, all overseen by a professional construction project manager. The developer plays the role of CEO, liaising with the project manager as needed, which in turn allows them to be based anywhere in the world.

Our International Mentorship Programme is based around our flagship coaching programme but boasts a number of additional benefits, including:

– One-to-one coaching calls with our team of professional coaches, covering all aspects of your property development journey

– 10 x half-day Pro Elite training sessions where you will receive additional online coaching and insight led by one of our professional coaches as part of a small group of students

– Six months’ access to our monthly online Deal Clinic Surgeries to follow on from your Pro Elite training. Here you will be able to submit potential projects to be reviewed and critiqued by the experts, as well as learn from other students’ projects

– Uniquely flexible overseas membership of our incredible Developers Club. Here you will be able to meet Ritchie and Ian along with propertyCEO’s team of professionals for one full day each month, as well as network with your fellow students face-to-face. Your overseas membership entitles you to attend six Developers Club workshops, however you get to decide which dates you attend, giving you complete flexibility. The Developers Club workshops take place at Birmingham’s NEC which is around ten minutes by taxi from Birmingham’s international airport.
