propertyCEO is an ardent supporter of the children’s charity, KidsOut, which was co-founded by Ian’s late father and of which Ian is a trustee. A story that began over 30 years ago as a single day out for a few hundred kids has today grown to become a nationwide charity that has helped well over 1 million children and counting.
Through its life-changing work, KidsOut gives positive experiences to disadvantaged children and those fleeing domestic abuse.
National Rotary KidsOut Day
Every June, Rotary International in Great Britain and Ireland together with KidsOut take over 25,000 disadvantaged children on a fun day out. The children visit the seaside, theme parks, adventure playgrounds and zoos, giving them all wonderful memories to cherish for a lifetime.
Toy Boxes
Working with Women’s Aid Refuges across the UK, KidsOut provides the children with a box of brand new toys when they leave with mum and move into their new home. This helps bring stability and fun into their lives when they need it most.
Fun Days
Fun Days takes disadvantaged children across the UK on a fun day out and helps them remember what it is like to just be children. Whether a trip to the theatre or a day at a theme park, Fun Days gives thousands of children something to look forward to and happy memories they can look back on.
