What an AMAZING few days we had!
It was a hive of activity from start to finish – this event never fails to deliver, and as ever, propertyCEO were there to wave the property development flag.
We met loads of landlords and investors who were looking to up their game (and their profits) – and who recognised that small-scale development might just be the answer they were looking for.

We were able to connect with hundreds of property people over the two days, and it’s clear that the rising popularity of small-scale property development shows no signs of levelling off.
And given the hammering that landlords and investors have had from the taxman and the regulators, it’s no surprise that people are looking to find an alternative way of creating wealth from property – and one that they can do profitably!
Ritchie was invited to give a talk at the event, where his unique ability to deliver valuable content while raising a few smiles ensured that the audience went away educated and entertained.
